We don’t charge to diagnose faults with your laptop for instance. Once we have had a look and completed some in depth tests. We will contact you with what it will cost to repair.  If you decide you don’t want it repaired you can collect the laptop free of any charge.

In the unlikely event that a solution to your problem cannot be reached – then no fee will be charged at all – you won’t have to pay a penny.
